Okay well...the dect in CSI Miami is a bitch, I hate her. Buuuut...she usually helps the CSI's and looks up info on anyone invloved in the case.

Like looking on AVIS or CODICE. (two data bases used in that line of work. I think CODICE has people invloved in personal cases like rape, and such and AVIS have people how are charged with everything else like murder, robery, attempted sucide, etc.) Or another database that I don't know the name of. But they also help with interrogations and helping with info.

So they use AVIS or CODICE to put people in groups?

Well they are in groups. But yes, the CSI's should only worry about that though.

I guess us Dects would be using something similar. That has the profiles on most people and such....
