Blogs and Bullentins?

What is a bulletin? Why post one? Is there a point?
I don't see one....unless maybe I wanted to inform people I was dying, and I guess I would title the bulletin.."soooo....yeah I'm dying" and in it say how and then bye. =/ But I doubt anyone would read that, the first thing they would assume is that I just gave it some attention ho! grabbing title to grab their attention(duh?) and such...
......back on point, I've never responded to a bulletin, either there too long or too pointless, I've only read like 5 total, and everyday there are like 10 more...O.o
I have yet to post one.
[And] really it's the same with a blog =/ I don't see a point for them....or maybe it's just that I'm so boring I have nothing real to post, just worthless dribble. [.__.]

Perhaps I'm too old to get it, and I shouldn't try to understand the youngins and their ketchup fights.
The sad thing is I want to get it '__' all this post that and post this is like crack to the lil ones.

I would guest there just there for one to express themselves.

lol harmless...when i post a blog or a bullentin im usually super duper bored and have nothing else to do so i'll waste time on that....

but it's also a really good way to start a humongo fight...."[name] i hate you guts go take a shower" kind of stuff....or whatever.....or if you want to get some em spread around...like "i just saved a bunch of money on car insurance"

Yeah, I usually only post bulletins if I want to rant about something. So it's kinda like my stress reliever XP

As for the bulletins with quizzes and stuff, that's just cause I'm bored outta my mind and trying to kill time @__@
