yesh a japanese buffet, I wish so much I knew what I was eating, then I could go to a japanese super market and get some....there are alot of those here O.O;;

Swiss roll...hmmm... it is made of a special dough. made up of eggs flour vanilla sugar bakin powder. All put in special steps to follow ofcourse. then in the oven and add the melted sugar or spread jam on the flat dough then roll it and add some melted sugar on top ^^

if u want i can give u the recipe ^^ it's a secret. But i am willing to share it with joo XD

i started with french fries and got pretty good at it time after time. then i began cooking and frying eggs XD then swiss roll! now i'm gonna aim to Croquen Bouche...XD wish me luck hehe
